Notification

[1] Final Paper Submission
The deadline for submitting camera-ready paper has been extended until 19 October. Please check the guideline at the bottum of this page carefully. This is the firm final deadline. There are no exceptions because of the IEEE publication due date. If you would like to revise the file you have already approved for collection, please contact
PDFSupport_at_ieee.org (please replace _at_ to @).
Never submit a revision to an existing title by clicking Create New Title.

[2] Copyright
Authors are required to transfer the copyright of their accepted papers to IEEE. It must be submitted by 19 October.

[3] Conference Registration
Each accepted paper, regular and short presentations, must have at least one author registered at a presenter rate by 19 October at http://www.fpt2013.org/reg.html The paper will be removed from the program and proceedings of ICFPT if ICFPT secretary cannot confirm the registration.

[4] Author No Shows
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from IEEE Xplore after ICFPT2013 if the paper is not presented at the conference. If a presentation is not presented on-site, any paper accepted into the technical program will be withdrawn from the proceedings published on IEEE Xplore.

Camera ready submission

Submission of camera ready version of papers is managed through the IEEE PDFeXpress Plus Service. Please find below the instruction to access the web site and submit your camera ready manuscripts. Full papers are allowed 8 pages and poster papers are allowed 4 pages. The camera-ready due date is: Oct. 19, 2013.

  1. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site at: http://www.pdf-express.org/plus

    First-time users: Previous users, but using it the first time for a new conference: Returning users:
    Click "New Users - Click Here". Enter 30984XP for the Conference ID, your email address,
    and enter the password you used for your old account.

    and choose a new password.
    Continue to enter information as prompted.
    When you click "Login", you'll receive an error saying you need to
    set up an account. Simply click "Continue". By entering your previously
    used email address and password combination,
    you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.
    Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.

  2. For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
  3. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
  4. Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".
  5. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
  6. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file Passed or Failed.


IEEE ecopyright submission

Copyright Release Form Submission for FPT 2013 is directly managed by IEEE Electronic Copyright Service. Please fill the following form and then click on "Copyright Submission." You will redirect to IEEE eCF to complete the submission.
