Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentation

• Each full paper has 20-minute oral presentation including discussion.
• The presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint (preferred) or PDF.
• Each speaker should contact the Session Chair at least 15 minutes before.
• Then, please copy your data to a PC placed at the lecture room.

Poster Session I	10:00 AM - 11:00AM, Dec 9th
Poster Session II	9:40 AM - 10:40AM, Dec 10th
Poster Session III	9:40 AM - 10:40AM, Dec 11th
Demo / Ph.D Forum / Design Comp. Posters	18:00 PM - 20:00PM, Dec 9th

Please bring the hardcopy of your poster to the site during preparing time for posting the poster.

Poster Session I	8:00 AM - 10:00AM, Dec 9th
Poster Session II	8:00 AM - 9:40AM, Dec 10th
Poster Session III	8:00 AM - 9:40AM, Dec 11th
Demo / Ph.D Forum / Design Comp. Posters	16:40 PM -18:00PM, Dec 9th

The size of the poster can be up to 1189 mm (height) x 841 mm (width), A0 size.We will prepare the pins for you in the poster presentation room. We will list up the poster number and title in the poster presentation room. The poster number is wirten on the poster board for helping you searching for your poster area.
