The following costs are in Japanese Yen (JPY).

• Regular registrations include attendance at
  • conference events,
  • catering including lunch,
  • reception and one copy (USB) of the proceedings.
  • social events
  • the banquet.
• Student registrations include attendance at
  • conference events,
  • catering including lunch,
  • reception and one copy (USB) of the proceedings.

Therefore, for each student registration, each extra purchase of banquet ticket is needed to attend the social events and the banquet.

We will close HEART online registration with a credit card on 31 May, 2014.
After 31 May, we accept only cash payment in Japanese yen (JPY) for on-site registration

At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered (at a regular rate) by May 1st, 2014. The paper presented at the workshop will be included in the HEART2014 proceedings.

We will refund the fee paid if you notify us, heart2014-inq [at] caero.mech.tohoku.ac.jp, before May 1, 2014. We do NOT refund after May 1, 2014.
