Unification of the Two Programs in the Master's Program in Computer Science

Until 2016, the Department of Computer Science offered two different Master's degree program: the "General Program" and the "Practical Software Development Specialization Program for Advanced IT Personnel Training".

From 2017, both programs will be unified into a single "Master's Program in Computer Science", and a new curriculum will be offered in order to satisfy the needs of the unified program.

Curriculum

In order to meet the educational necessities of each student, a flexible curriculum will be offered, which integrates both programs:

Entrance Examinations

In the entrance examinations, you do not have to select a program from "General Program" and "Practical Software Development Specialization Program for Advanced IT Personnel Training”. The Entrance examinations for regular applicants in August and February will be changed as follows. The ones for working students will not be changed.

Evaluate TOEIC Official Score Certificate or TOEFL Examinee (Test Taker) Score Record which is sent to the TOEFL examinee from ETS by postal mail.

The changed basic subjects increase the freedom of choice to consider that the change does not give disadvantage for general applicants who would like to apply any program.
